The remaining credits may be in Resource Development, which includes training on personal growth, business development, or other areas that contribute to a coach’s professional practice.

Optional activities such as up to 10 hours of mentor coaching or coaching supervision can also count toward your CCE credits if they meet ICF guidelines.
