I Create as I Speak: the Power of Words

Some revelations have the power to change you, but only if you allow them.
They change your awareness, they enter your essence. It all depends on your sensitivity, on your deep intuition.

If you are ready, you will understand. Like a seed in fertile soil, which if nourished grows quickly, in the same way, when the seed of consciousness is ripe, the soul will be ready to receive the nectar of knowledge.  All you have to do is listening. And listening is already a lot! Many people hear, but they do not listen.
From thousands of flowers the bees extract and secrete a few drops of real nectar, so from thousands of words the true wisdom can be concentrated in a few verses, in few words. This is why as coaches we need to be fully present since the very first moment we meet our clients.

Listening to their very first words it means everything for us: it has an immense impact on the coaching relationship and on the way we put evocative and powerful questions, that are crafted by using what the client is bringing into the conversation. We listen to the Being of the client, to who the client is in the moment we meet.
Words have the ability to change the vibrations around you if you know their strength and power.
The more the words are imbued with spiritual energy infused by those who speak them, the more they will have a transformative effect on those who receive them.

Each of us is a unique unrepeatable universe, each of us has a different perception and consciousness according to his spiritual evolution. We create our world with all the pieces that make up our apparent reality. The real effort is to recognize our universe and transcend it.  As you understand, words have enormous power over our way of thinking and therefore they are the most precious coaching tools.Words not only make a strong impact on us, but also on the people who listen to them. They have a visible and invisible effect on everything that lives. They can affect the nature of liquids, plants, our mood, our genes and even our essence. It all depends on what it is said, how it is said and the personal power of the speaker.

We can imagine to feed our mind with words as we do with food for our body.We assimilate healthy food to give us good energy and improve our health. The same thing should happen when we talk about ourselves: we should use words to give us strength, courage, trust and love. Some attitude that most people don’t have. How you refer to yourself says a lot about how you feed your mind. That is why it is essential to bring into our system words of healing, words that elevate us and nourish our soul.

What language do you use when you are alone? Is it delicate or sharp? A language of love or of fear? Everything you tell yourself becomes real.
Make sure your mind isn’t a bucket where you pour negative and contemptuous words into it. Feed your mind with words of love, confidence, appreciation and strength.
Remember: every single cell listens to you. Words have the power to transform your reality. How is that possible?

Everything in the universe is divine vibration. Words vibrate too. They create or destroy.
Great souls use words to empower people to evolve.

That is why some terms we use are keys to access higher or lower planes of our existence and consciousness. When you observe how a person talk to her/himself you can understand a lot about who you are in front of.  You can imagine words as living beings that have a life of their own. Think about them as they evolve, transform, defend or attack.

Words enter us, in our mind, they can become our friends or our enemies and they can transform us. It is important to understand their influence. And professional coaches know so well the power of words!

They are precious tools to partner with client towards the manifestation of their results. According to ancient knowledge, negative thoughts have always been more powerful than positive ones. This happens because they take root in us with more force, they cling to our unconscious like clams on  the rocks. And that’s why it takes several positive thoughts to counter balance only one negative. Make sure that your will is focused on creating wholesome generative empowering thoughts!

This is the reason why sacred words are used in various spiritual traditions to purify the mind and transcend it.
We all need to become aware that language penetrates the soul and that we create with words, like the ancient Aramaic ‘avra kadavra’ which means ‘I create as I speak’.
