We want more and more people to go deeper into the world of professional coaching in order to get more awareness about its many benefits, especially in these amazing times of transformation for our society.
If you are interested in becoming a professional coach, and you realize the importance of being properly trained, you may have seen the large numbers of coach training organizations on the ICF website or other on websites, and you are wondering how to make the best choice for you.
It is important that you reflect on what drives you to become a coach because this has an important impact on what type of training you will select. Our suggestion is to spend some time determining what is important to you.
What is it that brings you to coaching? What do you expect to get out of it?
What type of coach do you want to be?
What niches are you interested in?
Do you want to work for yourself? Or do you want to be an internal coach and work for an organization?
In our Training School – before our students begin a training program – we spend quite some time with them and we offer them a lot of opportunities to clarify these important aspects.
We also have a relevant part of our training program based on the Business of Coaching, where we allow our students to set the foundations to build their own business approach.
