I am one of the few Master Certified Coaches in the world and I am the Founder and CEO of SunLight Academy – Coaching Education.

Since 1986 in skills development, coaching, training and HR management for leading companies in the fashion, publishing, and financial field, I have always been inspired by a deep passion for purposeful leadership and personal & professional development.
I founded SunLight Academy and I channeled in this project my 30+ years experience in leadership training, consulting and mentoring in the global corporate world.

I deliver high quality coaching at master levels and accredited coaching education for clients who are ready to shape their life and let their talents to thrive.
I am committed to support individuals, executives and business companies to access their essence and use their talents, to choose their path and make the best of it.
I do believe that transformation from the inside out is the most powerful way to create impactful consistent results.

I’m Cristina Campofreddo, a Master Certified Coach. I believe in coaching that grows from presence, relationship, and deep trust in the greatness of people.

My commitment and passion are devoted to supporting individuals, managers, leaders, and organizations in accessing their uniqueness and fully valuing their talents, so they can consciously choose and shape their own evolutionary and professional path. I believe that engaging in an inner transformational process is the most powerful way to achieve sustainable, meaningful, and high-impact results in both life and work.

In my coaching approach, I offer a safe and trusting space where clients and students feel free to express themselves authentically. I create a stimulating and welcoming environment in which enjoyment and enthusiasm intertwine with the growth process, allowing each person to explore and develop their potential in a natural and fulfilling way. My decades of experience enable me to work in true partnership with competence and sensitivity, fostering a coaching and learning experience that seamlessly integrates professionalism and humanity.
