We believe that professional coaches need to develop their practice with a solid grounding in the ethics and standards of coaching. Every coach needs to abide by a code of governing ethics and apply acknowledged standards to the performance of their coaching work. The ICF Code of Ethics serves to uphold the integrity of ICF and the global coaching profession by setting standards of conduct consistent with ICF core values and ethical principles. Our training program meets the ICF - International Coach Federation standards and the ICF requirements for CCE credential renewal.

Key learning outcomes:

You explore in depth about what is Coaching and what is not and the importance of clarify the distinctions between coaching, consulting, psychotherapy and other support professions
